Gregg Natkowski, Director

Gregg Natkowski, MA, LPC, CAAC is the Director of Living Life Counseling and holds a Masters degree from Wayne State University in Marriage and Family Counseling. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor, and a Substance Abuse Professional. Gregg has been providing Christian counseling to individuals, couples, and families for over 28 years. He also helps clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, gambling, sexual addiction, sexual abuse issues.

Gregg does extensive work with couples on marital enrichment and in preparation for marriage with a focus on creating enduring, harmonious, and successful relationships. He also works extensively with the court systems in providing mandated services for individuals requiring substance abuse and anger management counseling.

Gregg has been trained extensively in Core Beliefs Psychotherapyˢᴹ and applies a Christian counseling approach to this highly effective therapy method. Gregg also conducts a variety of seminars for churches throughout the Detroit metropolitan area and assists pastors and church professionals with the unique counseling needs that they encounter.

Kristy Lindberg , MA, LPC

Kristy Lindberg is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Living Life's Brighton and Ann Arbor locations and has earned her Master's Degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University.

Kristy provides individual and couples counseling in addition to working with adolescents, young adults and families. Kristy is a trained PREPARE ENRICH therapist, specializing in pre-marital and relationship enrichment and enhancement.

Kristy has a passion for helping clients through life's challenges while supporting them in achieving their personal goals. Kristy incorporates a variety of theoretical approaches according to each individual client's presenting needs. She is optimistic, hopeful and solution focused in her practice. Counseling sessions will provide support, accountability, encouragement, tools, exercises and resources to foster desired progress.

Kristy has 22 years experience as a wife and mother in addition to being a mentor to teens and young moms. Kristy enjoys reading on topics related to her career and appreciates learning from her clients as well. Self-care practices including healthy eating, exercise, recreation, balance, relaxation, and a supportive network are key foundations to good mental health and relationships. Jerrod O’Brien, MA, LLPC

Jerrod O’Brien is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor at Living Life's Brighton and Ann Arbor office locations. Jerrod has completed his masters in counseling at Spring Arbor University. He is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

Jerrod has a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Findlay University and diploma of Biblical Studies from Winebrenner Theological Seminary. Jerrod has worked with churches and communities in meeting the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of their members.

Jerrod uses a Cognitive Behavioral approach. He is very passionate about helping others discover their own emotional, physical, and spiritual strengths and health. Jerrod works with individuals, couples, and families. Some of Jerrod’s focus is in working with men’s issues, spiritual issues, depression, anxiety, career transition, and marital issues.

Kelly Tate, M.Ed., LPC

Kelly Tate is a Licensed Professional Counselor at Living Life's Livonia location. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling with a specialty in Mental Health. With over 20 years experience as a Mental Health professional, She has assisted individuals, groups and families in various ways to get through and overcome personal challenges.

Kelly's desire is to help individuals navigate through life's adversities, heal from loss and to empower individuals who may feel “stuck” and help them realize that their experiences or circumstances don't define them. Kelly's passion is working with women struggling with esteem and confidence issues as well as individuals struggling with anxiety, grief and loss or relationship issues. Kelly also uses a Christian, strength-based, solution-focused approach in her work with clients.
